How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Riffraff ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer worldwide shipping in the near future.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since we curate items from various designers, we also include specific 'fit notes' to tell you if an item runs small, large, or true to size.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement, and we will do our best to accommodate changes.
